Lunch Arrangements

At SENARP Vibe Independent School, we understand that mealtimes are an important part of the school day — not only for nutrition, but for comfort, routine and social connection. Many of our pupils have specific preferences, sensitivities or dietary needs around food, and we work closely with families to ensure lunchtime is a positive and predictable part of the day.

Hot Lunch

A freshly prepared hot lunch is provided by the school each day and is included as part of our provision. Our menus are designed to be balanced, appealing and suitable for a range of tastes and textures.

Packed Lunch

If your child would prefer a packed lunch — whether due to sensory preferences, dietary needs or personal choice — parents and carers are welcome to send one in from home. Please ensure packed lunches are nut-free and clearly labelled with your child's name.

Lunchtime

Lunch is served daily at 12:30pm in a calm, supportive environment. Staff are always on hand to support pupils who may need encouragement or assistance at mealtimes.

Dietary Requirements and Allergies

If your child has any food allergies, intolerances, dietary requirements or strong preferences, please let us know when they join the school, and keep us updated of any changes. We take every reasonable step to ensure mealtimes are safe, enjoyable and inclusive for all our pupils.
